This opportunity is with hiHealthInnovations-a hearing aid company within Optum.

This hands-on position is involved in assisting with the development and execution of marketing strategies to help increase product utilization and sales growth. Working with partners in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, s/he will ensure that online and offline marketing initiatives help support new and existing products and are consistently aligned with the company's overall business goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with strategy and tactical plans to achieve desired level of customer engagement. 
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of website content, social media sites and other marketing projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality deliverables. 
  • Manage website, online presence, and SEM activities. 
  • Write and edit content for websites, marketing materials, e-mail campaigns and client communications. 
  • Design marketing materials including web graphics, flyers, direct mail, and presentations for both B2B and B2C audiences. 
  • Create, execute and measure e-mail and direct mail campaigns to increase ROI. 
  • Develop content and messaging for instructional and testimonial videos and work with vendors on video productions. 
  • Assist with coordinating tradeshows and events. 
  • Manage the day-to-day tactical requests from internal teams and key stakeholders to support a variety of programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising or related discipline 
  • 5+ years marketing communications experience 
  • 3+ years experience with website content management 
  • 3+ years working with SEO and SEM 
  • 3+ years experience with e-commerce and e-marketing campaigns including social media 
  • 2+ years experience creating videos 
  • 2+ years experience in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - MS Excel (filtering, sorting, editing and saving spreadsheets), MS Word (creating, editing and saving documents) and MS Outlook (Email, folders and calendaring)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry highly desired 
  • Cross-functional project management experience
