The Marketing Projects Associate will assist the Marketing and Communications teams on a variety of initiatives, including content development, proofreading, analytics and administrative functions. The role will contribute to project management, process mapping, metrics and creative functions. This is a full-time position (1.0FTE) that will work within standard business hours.

Core Responsibilities and Duties:

Assists marketing, communications, provider relations, planning and business development colleagues on various support functions.

  • Contributes to content development, internal communications, social media, and web initiatives.

Manages a variety of administrative functions, including coding invoices, tracking expenses, and other financial tracking.

Manages inventory of promotional materials, print publications, and check-out supplies.

  • Places orders and completes purchase orders.

Schedules meetings and conferences.

  • Helps with event planning as needed.

Contributes to analytics and project management.

  • Pull metrics from multiples sources, monitors and assists in development of dashboards for key performance indicators.
  • Assists in project management systems, including creating process maps to ensure teams use checklists and follow defined steps.
  • Participates in sharing marketing project successes to internal audiences.
  • Actively maintains files in unified project management system for ease of internal customer experience.

Identifies brand-building opportunities.

Provides proofreading and editing support for specialists on team.

Participates in brainstorming activities aimed at developing innovative materials.

Participates in activities that promote professional growth and quality improvement.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Communications or Marketing major preferred)
  • Writing, proofing and editing ability (appropriate tone/style, clear and concise, well organized, complete and accurate)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated effective management of projects from concept to production
  • Advanced computer skills and demonstrated strong ability to use a variety of software programs
  • Independent problem solving/decision making
  • Intuitive organizational skills

The hourly wage for this opportunity is $29.09 to $43.64, with a median wage of $36.36. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity. Hourly pay is just one part of the compensation package for employees.
