The Marketing Manager is accountable for the overall direction, strategy and execution of the WP Beverage marketing plan. Working with the management team, this position leads a marketing team responsible for marketing strategy and execution, advertising, communications, social media, market research, sales and marketing budgeting/funding and more.
More specifically, the Marketing Manager is responsible for:
- Developing consumer marketing and sales strategies and initiatives to support brand growth in the consumer beverage market,
- Analyzing consumer and market data and trends to uncover business opportunities and issues,
- Developing and managing advertising and promotional strategies using creative and effective media plans,
- Customizing national marketing promotions at the local level to create effective and innovative annual calendars and marketing programs to meet WP Beverages goals.
This position will lead the Wis-Pak brands overall brand strategy, brand planning, creative development, brand programming, and media strategy. The Marketing Manager will interpret channel trends and competitor variables to identify customer / channel opportunities. This position will analyze trends to develop business growth strategies in various markets. The Marketing Manager will ensure that WP Beverages is maximizing funding and promotional opportunities from all franchisers.
The Marketing Manager will lead and coach the marketing team and must understand existing processes, identify, and implement policies and procedures which will provide internal and external customers with valuable information to assist in decision-making. The Marketing Manager must be proactive in looking for ways to help WP Beverages attain profitable growth through the sales and distribution of our refreshing beverages, innovative customer focused marketing programs and superior customer service.
