ABOUT YOU:

Are you a dynamic marketing professional passionate about crafting impactful strategies and delivering exceptional results? Jostens is hiring a Marketing Manager to spearhead innovative marketing plans, campaigns, and materials that enhance customer and consumer awareness while driving engagement and profitability.

In this role, you'll partner with our Marketing Director to identify growth opportunities, strengthen the Jostens JPIX brand, and executeinitiatives that resonate with customers and consumers alike. You’ll lead exciting campaigns and develop impactful materials that showcase Jostens’ JPIX products and services, driving engagement, loyalty, and profitability.

YOU WILL:

  • Develop Marketing Materials and Campaigns: Create compelling messaging, collateral, email, social media, and video campaigns to increase awareness, account growth, and customer retention. 
  • Strategize for Growth: Identify and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to drive consumer and customer growth for assigned business lines or products. 
  • Optimize Salesforce Pipelines: Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop targeted campaigns, analyze customer data, and drive lead generation. 
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with creative, digital, sales, legal, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives. 
  • Manage Budgets and Forecasts: Oversee marketing budgets and create accurate forecasts to align with profitability goals. 
  • Deliver Results: Execute integrated marketing campaigns across print and digital channels, ensuring measurable success in achieving customer engagement and profitability.

YOU HAVE:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). MBA or 3-4 years of additional related business experience preferred. 
  • Experience: 7+ years of marketing and consumer demand creation experience.
  • Strategic Expertise: Proven ability to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, including online and offline campaigns, and retail channel approaches.
  • Exceptional Skills: Strong communication, project management, analytical, and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Strength: Excellent presentation skills, team orientation, and the ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams. 
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Project.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to think quickly, learn fast, and perform assignments with minimal supervision or notice. 
  • Commitment to Diversity: A proactive approach to seeking diverse perspectives and ideas to deliver the best solutions and results. 
  • Preferred: Experience with social media platforms, best practices, and desktop publishing tools.
