The Marketing Manager will promote the Forj brand and accelerate our growth through overall marketing efforts including campaigns, messaging, trend analysis, and insights. Partnering with demand generation, the Marketing Manager will execute marketing programs that grow the sales pipeline while leveraging data to continuously improve performance.

In this role, you will specialize in:

  • In partnership with demand generation, develop and execute on creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns to grab the attention of target personas and convert them into qualified leads 
  • Manage and optimize the relationship with our most strategic marketing channel partner 
  • Create and manage nurture campaigns, in partnership with sales, to move leads through the funnel to closed-won deals 
  • Identify new opportunities for content and execute multi-channel content at a high proficiency 
  • Create brand awareness and generate leads by providing support and actively engaging with customers, prospects, and partners at various regional events 
  • Coordinate and execute company trade show logistics (i.e. procurement, shipping, booth set-up and take down, etc.) 
  • Coordinate and execute all company meetings 2x per year 
  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies 
  • Order company promotional materials, maintain inventory and manage vendor relationships 
  • Compile marketing reports and assist in analyzing marketing data and lead generation (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 3 years experience in a marketing related role, 5 years will be beneficial 
  • Certificate in marketing or related field, post-secondary degree preferred 
  • Experience in a growth-stage SaaS organization preferred 
  • Ability to write and communicate effectively and creatively 
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies 
  • Ability to build relationships through social skills and friendly disposition 
  • Detail oriented with solid organizational and multitasking skills 
  • Ability to work with short and strict deadlines 
  • Strong systems proficiency with the capacity to learn and utilize other software platforms to enhance marketing efforts 
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and building sales connected workflows within CRM (Hubspot preferred) 
  • Experience with online analytics tools/dashboards and KPI tracking 
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours occasionally as required for events 
  • Anticipated travel of 10-20% domestically

This role is flexible hybrid from our Delafield, WI office.
