What You Will Do:
Create and execute strategies which will fuel robust growth and profitability. This includes developing and implementing strategies and plans for:
- New innovation (offerings, business models, services, etc.)
- Digital roadmap
- Pricing
- Cost savings
- Demand generation, sales support and launch activities
Lead and manage projects (either phase gate innovation or process improvement) and gain senior management support.
Demonstrate excellent project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, on-budget, and achieve stated goals
Develop in-depth market knowledge, understand the competitive landscape and communicate how Ecolab’s digital solutions and customer experience are differentiated in the market.
Remain current on market standards, association guidelines and related government regulations
Partner cross-functionally (sales, finance, R&D, supply chain, regulatory, commercial digital solutions etc.) to identify and deliver solutions while leading through influence
Work hand-in-hand with commercial and implementation teams to develop relationships with key customers and associations
Travel 10-20% based on need
