As the Marketing Manager, Digital, you’ll manage the strategic development and execution of digital and media marketing initiatives across paid and owned channels designed to build brand awareness, consideration, and sales to support the OHC portfolio of brands, including Element Electronics, TYTUS Grills and future businesses and brands. To succeed in this role, the individual will need creativity, excellent project management skills and a strong understanding of digital communications and channels. This role will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to become an expert on our products while directly supporting the marketing team to achieve company-wide and marketing goals.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Manages the development and execution of digital marketing programs, including but not limited to digital and social advertising, search marketing (SEO/SEM), email communications, and website design/development that directly align with brand business objectives and reaches target audiences 
  • Manages paid media and digital initiatives with retailer partners, ensuring strategic alignment with overall marketing plan and maximizing brand visibility and engagement across retailer brick-and-mortar and ecommerce sites 
  • Lead day-to-day website operations including web content management, technical site maintenance (in partnership with external agency), localization, content optimization research/implementation to improve discoverability (SEO), user experience, and conversion. 
  • Set, monitor and achieve program objectives, KPIs and timelines to successfully support overall marketing efforts 
  • Manages media budgets of assigned brands and reporting of monthly forecasts & billing 
  • Spearheads and manages the ratings and reviews programs, driving engagement and facilitating customer feedback to enhance visibility and consumer satisfaction 
  • Mine data from multiple sources to derive program learnings and consumer insights to educate strategic recommendations, optimizations, testing strategies and best practices 
  • Provide ongoing strategic consultation and education to brand marketing teams around the opportunity and impact of media and digital marketing efforts 
  • Keeps informed of industry activities and meetings with vendor community, as well as new media and digital strategies, resources, opportunities, and techniques 
  • Monitors overall web performance/tracking and provides evidence-based recommendations to improve user experience, engagement, and acquisition by channel (including preparing on-demand reporting and quarterly web performance report.)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline 
  • 4+ years of working experience as a digital marketer in a B2C organization 
  • Experience working in website experience & management 
  • Experience with key digital marketing topics: email marketing, SEO, SEM, A/B testing, conversion, optimization and personalization 
  • Familiarity of digital marketing and best practices to effectively communicate cross functionally 
  • Ability to troubleshoot front-end functionality issues 
  • Understanding of reporting and analysis to draw insights to share with sr. director and leadership 
  • Experience with the following strongly preferred: Meta Ads Manager, Google Suite (AdWords, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.), SEM Rush, BazaareVoice (or other review syndication platform) 
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem solving skills 
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently and take the initiative without prompting 
  • Able to communicate transparently and confidently to all levels of the business and to various stakeholder groups, both in writing and verbally 
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills 
  • Knowledge of, and willingness to learn the holistic brand marketing planning and execution
