What you'll be doing:

  • Lead customer engagements such as webinars, customer dinners, KoL meetings, advisory boards, email campaigns 
  • Deliver unique/compelling positioning, critical messaging and leadership proof points improving the portfolio's market position, competitive advantage and business results 
  • Apply portfolio, buyer, segment and routes-to-market expertise to develop the end-to-end marketing strategy for the infusion systems portfolio 
  • Create a clear and differentiated positioning for the portfolio and effectively present the message and ensuring the messaging is delivered through every relevant channel 
  • Support creation of tools and a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for best reaching our target markets to drive demand and leading generation events 
  • Communicate the value of the solution to the sales team and develop sales tools that support the selling of the solutions 
  • Partner across the marketing and sales ecosystem to create tools that optimize execution and business results 
  • Plan the launch of new offerings and lead the cross-functional implementation of the plan. 
  • Work collaboratively with the Education and Sales Enablement teams to educate sellers, channel partners, and business partners on the marketplace, the business drivers, the value proposition, the offerings, and competitive differentiation, through webcasts, in-person training, and other techniques

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required in English, marketing, journalism, public relations, advertising, or transferrable area. 
  • 4+ years demonstrated ability in corporate communications or public relations. 
  • Pharma, med tech or healthcare industry and agency experience desired. 
  • Proven experience working with marketing teams and other partners to create effective messages that actively engage. 
  • Experience handling product-related issues, especially in a highly regulated environment. 
  • Strong and versatile writing skills for a variety of content types, channels and topics. 
  • Experience writing for the web and social media. 
  • Strong project management, time management and organizational skills. 
  • Proven ability to collaborate internally and develop strong relationships to ensure success. 
  • Highly motivated, with ability to make decisions independently. 
  • Flexible and agile, with the ability to quickly change course when need arises.
