About the Role

As Marketing Lead, you will execute all aspects of our marketing strategy—content creation, social media, campaigns, and partnerships—with efficiency and independence. You have a sharp eye for aesthetics, the ability to write compelling and engaging copy, and an intuitive understanding of what makes content resonate. You are proactive, resourceful, and know how to scale your impact through both hands-on work and collaboration with external vendors. You can execute all the plays yourself.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about fine dining, luxury experiences, art, and storytelling that connects with a discerning audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute marketing strategies for all Alinea Group brands and properties.
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent voice and messaging across channels.
  • Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for web, email, and social media.
  • Generate high-impact, viral content that drives engagement and elevates brand visibility.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team, business operations team, and external partners to execute campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and vendors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running marketing initiatives independently, ideally in luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Exceptional taste and a deep understanding of visual and verbal storytelling.
  • Strong writing skills with a flair for elegant, concise, and on-brand copy.
  • Ability to identify cultural trends and generate content that captures attention and aligns with brand identity.
  • Comfortable working across multiple channels and platforms (Instagram, email, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to self-teach, problem-solve, and leverage AI efficiently.

Desired Qualifications

  • Photography and videography skills, especially for food, spaces, and people.
  • Design sensibility and proficiency in tools like Canva.
  • Familiarity with partnership marketing in the luxury space.
