Position Overview:

We’re seeking a talented, passionate Marketing Lead/Graphic Designer to join our team. Under the direction of the General Manager, and in collaboration with the lead graphic designer, this position will support B2B marketing including by not limited to email newsletters, retargeting & recovery email campaigns, building brand awareness with LinkedIn and Google Ads, website blog design and SEO, and RFP/RFI support. This position will support design review, edits and updates to the marketing websites, and print materials. This position will take ownership in executing Treo Wellness’s marketing strategy.

This position will execute the needed marketing tasks for email marketing, social media, and marketing websites. This position will also support new business onboardings through visual asset set up for new clients, product demos, and presentations. They will create turnkey marketing and promotional materials for product launches and support the new client onboarding process. This position will support development of marketing assets for tradeshows. While the primary focus will be on B2B marketing, there will be need for this role to support Treo app user engagement marketing strategies like user engagement emails, copy writing for nudges/push notifications, and other Treo user marketing needs.

Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Develop and distribute Treo’s monthly B2B prospecting newsletter leveraging creative design elements, compelling content, and effective click-through strategies. 
  • Measure results and present performance metrics for each send. 
  • Adjust future sends based on A/B testing and learnings from performance. 
  • Effectively create and organize a user engagement email campaign that promotes user engagement and retention. 
  • Leverage metrics from email sends to design and implement a retargeting and recovery email strategy for B2B prospects as well as Treo members. 
  • Build brand awareness through paid ads. 
  • Create effective visuals for ad campaigns, create optimized audiences for lead generation and monitor performance metrics. 
  • Present performance metrics to the General Manager regularly and make adjustments to the ad campaigns as needed. 
  • Work with cross functional teams to improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions. 
  • Monitor Google Analytics to measure web traffic and blog performance. 
  • Take needed steps to optimize existing blogs for improved SEO and GEO. 
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, infographics, etc). ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with Treo Wellness’ brand and marketing strategies. 
  • Support business development teams by: improving web traffic, increasing brand awareness, creating RFP and RFI templates that can be customized per prospective client, created and update presentation materials as needed. 
  • Assist with all aspects of executing marketing events, tradeshows, customer events, and partner sessions. 
  • Measure results of the event (ROI). 
  • Help to promote the uniformity and consistency of the brand 
  • Enforce brand marketing guidelines across multiple platforms 
  • Collaborate with team members to provide design and direction for collateral, web, and other visual communications media for Treo. 
  • Write and post press releases as needed

Support Design process as needed:

  • Concept sketching 
  • Computer design layout 
  • Product research and competitive benchmarking 
  • Problem solving 
  • Ensure brand guidelines are met, consistent throughout design process 
  • Consider channel and message per design. 
  • Work directly with lead graphic designer for direction

Responsibilities (continued):

Collateral Creation:

  • Works with General Manager and lead graphic designer to determine appropriate creative direction for collateral projects. 
  • Develops concepts, refines work, and prepares work for print production of all marketing collateral 
  • Develops collateral for print, digital, on-web as needed, and tradeshows both for Treo and white-labeled or co-branded for clients and customers. 
  • Review, edits, and updates older collateral to reflect brand guidelines/standards, updated messages, and new sales channels. 
  • Create easy-to customize collateral templates for new account onboardings, social media, and sales

Project Management:

  • Experience in planning, evaluating, organizing, and integrating a project 
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals 
  • Effectively prioritize projects and makes adjustments to timeline due to changing business needs.

Develop Industry Knowledge and Network:

  • Stays up to date on industry trends and styles 
  • Involved with peers in professional development, classes or associations 
  • Strives to constantly improve skill sets: illustration, designing, communication

Requirements:

Education:

  • 4-year degree in graphic design, marketing, business, technology or related field required; or equivalent experience Communication and marketing certifications preferred (EX: Digital Marketing Professional certification, communication management professional, etc)

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-years of experience managing projects with creative and technical elements 
  • 1-3 years’ experience with B2B marketing 
  • Experienced with graphic design software and tools for creative design 
  • Experienced in creating visual assets to convey effective marketing messages 
  • Ability to work across third parties and internal teams to drive toward desired results 
  • Excellent project management and business analysis skills with strong attention to detail 
  • Experience developing marketing templates for effective co-branding or white-labeling purposes 
  • Ability to plan and anticipate challenges, manage resources, bring teams together and maintain timelines 
  • Experience with marketing and communications for member/user recruitment 
  • Experience with email marketing and social media 
  • Experience with paid ads Experience with Google analytics
