Summary:

Kigo is seeking a talented and creative Marketing Designer to join our growing marketing team. This versatile role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for design, and is eager to contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives. You will play a important role in shaping Kigo’s brand identity, building compelling visuals, and supporting marketing campaigns that showcase our innovative platform.

This position is perfect for a creative marketer who wants to contribute across a range of impactful marketing projects. This opportunity allows you to take ownership of projects, lead creative efforts, and gain exposure to diverse aspects of marketing. You’ll play a key part in shaping Kigo’s brand and marketing strategy while honing your skills in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and production: Create inventive, original and stunning assets for marketing related work, including presentations, social media graphics, digital ads and online content
  2. Brand consistency: Help define and develop Kigo’s brand guidelines, ensuring visual and messaging alignment across all marketing materials. 
  3. Content collaboration: Partner with the shared services design team to design visuals that enhance storytelling and align with messaging for all forms of content 
  4. Sales enablement: Collaborate with the sales teams to create visually compelling collateral, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and other materials that effectively communicate Kigo’s value proposition 
  5. Website design & updates: Assist in maintaining and enhancing the visual elements of the company website, ensuring a user-friendly and aesthetically appealing experience.
  6. Presentation design: Develop polished, on-brand presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams and leadership 
  7. Creative ideation: Bring fresh ideas and a creative perspective to marketing and sales strategies, brainstorming sessions, and campaign planning. 
  8. Project management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a design-focused marketing role or similar position, with a proven ability to manage creative projects from concept to execution. 
  • Design expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and design tools like Figma. Experience creating assets digital media, including website, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns. 
  • Web and digital design: Basic familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow) 
  • Communication skills: Exceptional communication skills and confidence in making design decisions for the company 
  • Collaboration skills: Strong interpersonal skills and experience working closely with various teams, such as executive leadership. sales and other designers 
  • Innovation and initiative: Bias for action, high judgment, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for learning and insatiable curiosity about technology, the advertising world, loyalty programs, and client industries 
  • Growth mindset: A willingness to learn, adapt, accept feedback and take on new challenges, with a focus on personal and professional development to grow alongside the company.
