Marketing Coordinator

The Watkins Company is looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator. As a Marketing Coordinator, you willsupport the Consumer Marketing team by assisting with the day-to-day support of Consumer, Shopper, and Business-to-Business Marketing tactics and initiatives.

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Leads the project management, execution, and approval process of assigned marketing projects and platforms with Internal and External Partners. 
• Oversees and execute the social media community management process for all owned social media channels with internal and external partners. 
• Supports the development and distribution of brand and product-focused lifestyle content with Internal and External Partners. 
• Manages the updates and maintenance of all owned websites. 
• Leads the project management, execution, and approval process for Email Marketing. 
• Leads the project management, execution, and approval process for external brand and company focused events. 
• Tracks all key marketing metrics. 
• Use metrics to create scheduled and ad hoc reports that clearly communicate the results of marketing tactics, projects, and key initiatives. 
• Manages the invoice process for the Consumer Marketing Team, including invoice accuracy verification and entry into NetSuite.

Our ideal candidate will have at minimum:

• Minimum six (6) months experience working in a marketing related position or internship. 
• Past experience working with detailed project management plans. 
• Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently on projects in a professional setting. 
• Systems experience with Canva or Photoshop – preferred.
