Marketing Coordinator

In this key role, your creativity will be at the forefront as you coordinate engaging communications, develop compelling content for newsletters, plan memorable events, and oversee social media strategy. You’ll also lead graphic design projects that showcase our expertise and enhance our brand’s presence. 

Additionally, you'll play a key role in our proposal process, applying your organizational skills and attention to detail to craft persuasive proposals that directly impact our success.

This is a full-time position based in our Waukesha, WI office. 

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

• Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, emails, advertisements, infographics, and event invitations. 
• Plan and develop engaging social media content and campaigns to drive awareness of R/M’s services and expertise. 
• Coordinate internal and external digital newsletters. 
• Interview subject experts to create compelling project success stories, articles, presentations, and award nominations. 
• Coordinate, design, and edit responses to “Requests for Proposals” (RFPs) in compliance with detailed client requirements. 
• Ensure consistent brand standards across all corporate communications. 
• Edit and update company websites. 
• Design, order, and manage branded items and apparel. 
• Assist the marketing team with editing and quality control for all communications. 
• Depending on experience, filming and editing videos could also be included.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
• 3 years of experience in a similar marketing, design, or communications role (internships included).
• Exceptional attention to detail. 
• Self-starter that can successfully manage simultaneous projects and due dates to meet project deadlines. 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and social media platforms (HootSuite, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube). 
• Experience with video editing software is preferred, but not required.
