Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years’ experience in marketing, tradeshow/event planning, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite:
- Word
- Excel: VLOOKUPs, SUM/SUMIF(S), COUNTIF(S), and other relevant formulas; Pivot Tables, chart creation to analyze data
- PowerPoint: chart creation to analyze data, effective & concise visuals to convey story
Experience with event registration software (e.g., Cvent, including a strong understanding of Cvent’s interface, menus, tools, and more; Microsoft Dynamics, including importing & exporting data, managing attendee lists, and generating reports) is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for events and a keen eye for detail.
Willingness to travel (15-30%).
