The Milwaukee Region of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is looking to hire a full time Regional Marketing Coordinator to support the 6 branch offices in the Milwaukee region. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the creative production of promotional advertising materials, and the seamless coordination of marketing and advertising requests for sales associates.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the creative production of promotional advertising materials, and the seamless coordination of marketing and advertising requests for sales associates as needed, while maintaining a personable, team-oriented and professional disposition.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute yearly regional marketing plans, according to budget
  • Preparation of weekly ads, including but not limited to writing ad copy, and constructing ads and marketing pieces
  • Preparation and distribution of local PR
  • Work with Local Operating Company and regional company to execute company initiatives
  • Plan and help execute region-wide events including agent recognition events, marketing expos, and other group events or meetings
  • Act as the liason/company representative between advertising representatives at individual print publications and our regional staff and agents
  • Attend regional leadership meetings to update managers on marketing initiatives and support managers on marketing needed for recruiting
  • Write effective ad copy, blog posts, press releases, newsletters and internal communications
  • Work with and provide training on social media, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and various blogging sites

Job requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Excellent proofreading/editing skills with an acute attention to detail and strong grasp of correct grammar, punctuation and the AP writing style
  • A strong knowledge of social media, including familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and blogging. Must be able to provide training on social media for business
  • Must be comfortable speaking to large groups, and possess the ability to develop and lead formal presentations
  • Comprehension of the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Familiarity with blogging using Word Press
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel and Publisher
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and able to prioritize multiple projects on a daily basis
  • Able to meet strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry a plus
