Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with Director of Marketing and Firm Partners to elevate the Continuum Brand within Strategic Markets through the following - 
  • Assist with graphics and responses for proposals including coordination of outside consultants, resumes, project approach, project descriptions along with other necessary marketing collateral including brochures, project data sheets, etc. 
  • Manage Digital Marketing - Maintain and Update– Website (WordPress), LinkedIn, Instagram, including content, graphics, and distribution 
  • Assist with Award submittals, public relations, and digital marketing including content, graphics and distribution 
  • Maintain client contact database (using Deltek) 
  • Assist with special projects and events

Necessary Skills:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Detail oriented,self-motivated, and a team player
  • Graphic Design Knowledge 
  • Basic understanding of AEC industry terminology and procedures (preferred) 
  • Working knowledge of marketing databases
  • Experience coordinating proposals and related marketing materials (preferred) 
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills, both written and oral 
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines and assignments
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Journalism, Architecture, or similar degree (or a commensurate level of skills) 
  • Graphic Design Skills Advanced InDesign experience 
  • Minimum 2years of AEC Industry marketing experience (B2B experience) Preferred 
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
