St. Norbert College (SNC), a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager - Institutional. This strategic and dynamic position is a 360-degree full-stack position that prioritizes reputation management and brand image above all, ensuring that the college maintains a positive public presence and responds effectively to any crises. The role encompasses developing, executing, and managing comprehensive marketing communications strategies to support the college’s overall reputation, enrollment, fundraising, and brand image.
This position requires expertise in reputation management, crisis communications, and media relations, with a deep understanding of managing earned, owned, and paid media.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, this role will cover a broad range of responsibilities, including policy communications, campus updates, internal communications, and event marketing.
