Are you a creative writer with a passion for marketing and brand storytelling? If so, we have a great opportunity for you at pc/nametag as a Marketing Communications Intern.
In this role, you will join a fun, talented, and collaborative team of marketers as you explore your interest in communications. You’ll help us create content while we help you gain experience to enhance your professional portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
The Marketing Communications Intern assists with various strategic responsibilities related to pc/nametag’s content marketing presence. This includes, but is not limited to, blog creation and maintenance, social media management, email marketing, and more.
Your Day as a Marketing Communications Intern:
- Provide support with creating, editing, and distributing communications materials including blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, and other supporting content for the events industry
- Optimize existing blogs and other marketing materials for re-distribution to our audiences
- Assist with developing an editorial calendar that aligns with current marketing campaigns
- Draft social media posts that support our mission to educate, entertain, and connect
- Research industry trends related to meetings, events, and conference planning
- Interact with industry leaders and identify opportunities to collaborate on educational content
- Create beginner-level graphics in Canva to be used in blogs, newsletters, and on social media
- Analyze and report on content marketing campaigns and metrics using HubSpot dashboards
- Work closely with the Marketing Communications Specialist and other members of the marketing team on a variety of additional tasks
