Minimum Qualifications and Education Required:
Minimum Years of Experience:
- At least 2 years of marketing communications experience
Education and area of focus
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications, digital marketing, marketing or communications related degree
Certifications/Trainings:
- Marketo and/or Google Analytics certification ideal
Competencies - Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Jahia (or similar website CMS), Marketo (or similar marketing automation tool), Salesforce (or similar CRM system)
- Experience in improving SEO including content optimization, site architecture, keyword management, and backlinks
- Adobe Suites experience (Photoshop, InDesign, PremierePro (or similar software)) preferred
- Digital Paid Media experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign manager preferred
- Experience managing social presence preferred.
- Demonstrates the ability to gain the support necessary to drive successful projects through a matrix organization
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skill
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines, while managing multiple projects
- A self-starter that can adapt quickly to changes and re-setting of priorities
- Must show the ability to complete projects with minimal supervision
