Job Overview:

Good Harvest Market & Hop Harvest & Vine is seeking a dynamic and creating Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team. This part-time position offers flexible hours and an exciting opportunity to manage our social media presence, plan and execute special events, and support our marketing efforts as we prepare for our 20-year anniversary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to engage our community, promote products, and increase brand awareness.
  • Create and schedule regular posts, stories, and updates that align with our brand's voice and values.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and execute in-store and restaurant events, including promotional activities, vendor spotlights, and community outreach initiatives. 
  • Coordinate all aspects of events, from initial concept to day-of logistics, ensuring a smooth and successful execution. 
  • Work closely with vendors, staff, and management to ensure all events align with our goals and brand.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, email newsletters, and promotional graphics. 
  • Collaborate with the management team on marketing campaigns, including the upcoming 20-year anniversary celebration. 
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in social media management, marketing, or event planning. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. 
  • Creativity and a passion for engaging with the community. 
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus, but not required.
