The Historic Third Ward Association (HTWA) acts as a catalyst to guide the District as an innovative, livable and exciting mixed-use neighborhood while preserving its historic and creative character. The HTWA is a 501c3 organization and plays a leadership role in shaping, guiding, and influencing future development and community building within the neighborhood. We offer programs and events to enhance the Historic Third Ward as Milwaukee’s premier destination for living, commerce, culture, and cuisine. The HTWA works alongside BID #2 to grow and manage this historic neighborhood in Downtown Milwaukee.

The Marketing and Communications Director for the Historic Third Ward Association, Inc. directs all internal and external marketing, communications, website,social media, events, public relations, and advertising. In addition, this high-profile position supervises the Community Engagement Coordinator while collaborating with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to execute the 2022-2025 Strategic Plan and other initiatives.
