The Manager, Program Marketing will have the opportunity to drive and promote the programs that create meaningful connections for thousands of individuals across Chicagoland and to build a hopeful future for all.
In collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Director, Program Marketing, they will develop, plan and execute short and long-term results-oriented, integrated, strategic marketing programs aimed at maximizing program awareness, engagement and revenue through a variety of media, traditional and new, including print and online, broadcast, social media and mobile. The Manager, Program Marketing will work to ensure plans lead to long-term audience growth and execute successful promotions to attract new and retain current audiences, while growing JCC Chicago’s mission and brand through robust external relations efforts.
The Manager, Program Marketing will be a people person who enjoys connecting community and building relationships with program partners. They will lead marketing for a broad program portfolio including Arts & Ideas; Community Engagement; Teens, Families, Young Adults, and Children 0-2; Fitness, Aquatics, Rentals: and Inclusion.
In partnership with the CMO and Director, they will ensure all marketplace communication is aligned with JCC Chicago’s brand positioning to deliver differentiation across target audiences with an external view to winning in the marketplace.
