Manager of Corporate Communication

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced communication professional to join our team as a Manager of Corporate Communication. You will join a team of storytellers, responsible for crafting and delivering compelling messaging and programs that amplify our mission and advance the Agiliti brand.

This role reports to our Senior Vice President of Corporate Communication and is open to both local (Minneapolis) and remote candidates.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute dynamic internal and external communication programs, events and campaigns, partnering with cross-functional teams including Events, HR and Marketing. 
• Craft compelling content that captures the attention of various stakeholder audiences, including team members, media, industry groups and customers. 
• Manage and develop internal and external communication channels, including newsletters, press releases, social media and the company website. 
• Help craft an integrated media and brand promotion strategy, and collaborate with external partners to identify opportunities, execute and measure results. 
• Promote the company’s corporate citizenship efforts with messaging that demonstrates our commitments to sustainability. Partner in leading company giving and volunteer programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, public relations or a related field. 
• Minimum three years of experience in communication, public relations, integrated marketing and/or brand management. Experience in healthcare is a plus. 
• Proven record of developing and executing successful communication and marketing programs that advance business goals.

• Drive to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders. 
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
