ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manager, North America Marketing Operations, Technology & AI is responsible for pushing our E2E commercialization ecosystem to evolve using the latest technologies from our partners to dynamic AdTech and automation. This role sits at the heart of all North American SCJ marketing, working within the SCJ marketing operations ecosystem, brands, media, and creative agencies to continuously evolve our approach to commercialization (including workflow, prompting tech, and data-driven insights). In this role, you will have a line of sight of people, processes, and technology. You will work with our partners to bring on new capabilities and technologies, optimize or challenge ways of working to leverage AI and use technology to shift compute tasks to tech and decision-making tasks to our commercialization teams. The Marketing Operations organization is a central operation that enables innovation and collaboration to drive differentiated growth for our brands. To deliver leading capabilities that allow our brands & categories the flexibility to be bold with technology-driven innovation and drive growth across all current and future touchpoints. Through this function, we aim to be the leader of modern commercialization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with the team to drive technology driven efficiency, effectiveness, and growth for SCJ and our brands. 
  • Collaborate and work with SCJ IT partners to upgrade our commercialization stack iteratively. 
  • Continue to evolve, test, and iterate new ways of working through tech with our partners, MarTech, AI, and data. 
  • Pilot new ways of driving efficiency and invest to meet the changing demands of today's commecialization ecosystem. 
  • Integrate our commercialization process, using sales, media, and marketing data, to inform (or automate) continuous marketing optimization 
  • Automate the workflow to deliver a closed-loop model to free our marketers from day-to-day marketing.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience or Advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience 
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Advanced degree 
  • Demonstrated skills in managing complexity, providing strategic insight and executional excellence 
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to complete a task 
  • Marketing Technology experience 
  • Heavy interest in pushing the unknown, to be a pioneer using AI, tech, and creative 
  • Organizational and communication skills with proven ability to work with agency partners and key stakeholders 
  • Proven leadership in setting strategic direction and innovation in solving marketing issues 
  • Communication skills to convey complexities in simple actionable steps

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full time onsite role in West Loop, Chicago office 
  • Core hours: 9 – 3 
  • Up to 25% travel (when permitted again based on federal and SCJ guidelines) 
  • Chicago (preferred) or Racine based 
  • This role is eligible for domestic relocation 
  • Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees
