We have a great opportunity at Spectrum Reach, advertising sales Division of Charter Communications, LLC. This position will be located in the SE Wisconsin Area. We are seeking someone with leadership experience and expertise in media, media research and marketing strategy. This position will lead our marketing strategy and create ideas aligned with our Automotive, our National Accounts and sales teams as well as the mange the regional media research team. Key research responsibilities include research tool implementation in the region and collaboration between marketing, research and Account Teams on tools and best practices in media storytelling, while creating efficiencies, brand consistency and data unity across all local and national sales and product specific research data and proposals, research pieces, case studies, success stories whitepapers and mapping. Knowledge of the media industry, media buying and media research tools a plus.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Develops strategic and tactical marketing plans and budgets for new products and services.
  • Develops with Corporate and Division leadership, pricing, packaging and positioning of new products and services.
  • Researches methodologies and practices to produce effective campaigns and develop proven methodologies into "best practices."
  • Based on market characteristics and trends, establishes new campaigns and promotional offers.
  • Develops consumer adoption forecasts for new products and services.
  • Works with Corporate Marketing to provide direction and information on marketing programs to trainers within the division.
  • Leads meetings to roll-out products and services.
  • Performs other duties as requested.

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to develop market forecasts for new products and services
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel, including presentation skills
  • Ability to manage work flow, improve overall company effectiveness and productivity
  • Ability to manage and deliver against several initiatives simultaneously, in fast-paced, dynamic environment

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experienceRelated

  • Marketing experience in a consumer services/consumer product 3 years experience
  • Organization Experience in an entrepreneurial work environment highly desirable
