Digital Media Strategy
- Assist with strategy, annual plan, and execute day-to-day programs and budgets.
- Create the goals and KPI’s for function’s activity
- Ensure brand consistency and brand guidelines management across brands, products, and channels
- Digital Media Execution
- Manage and execute digital media promotions and engagement strategy
- Effectively leverage internal and external resources to execute digital marketing plans
- Partner with Social Media Manager to identify new ways to push social media content further, engaging influencers, and gaining followers
- Provide recommendations for paid social (in partnership with social media manager)
- Provide creative recommendations for all digital media
- Review and evaluate important metrics: i.e. Google Analytics, SEO, etc.
Website Management
- Manage the website developer and ensure projects remain within budget
- Make sure the agency executes under the direction of the Creative Director
- Provide updates needed to the website in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Train and develop a Marketing Associate on website maintenance and management
Product Management & Reporting
Product / Sales Management
- Create Retailer Programs to Drive Sales (in partnership with Sales / Customer Marketing)
- Execute brand and product campaign support
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation management
- Giveaways, contests, etc.
- Manage Review partners to ensure online reviews are distributed and accurately reflected
- Oversee content management system (Salsify, Syndigo), ensure that systems are updated, and communicate capabilities to the organization for efficiencies for retailer data management
- Train and develop a Marketing Associate in content system management
Trend Analysis and Monitoring
- Identify SEO and ad word optimizations and execute based on analytics
- Review and analyze Google Analytics, and SEO
Team Management and cross-functional Project Leadership
Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Service Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent improvements and innovation
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
Marketing Team Management
- Manage Marketing Associate to ensure development and projects are completed successfully
- Develop a Marketing Internship Program and seek new ways to attract marketing talent to the organization
