Summary of Responsibilities:

Energize your career! We’re adding a Manager-Internal Communications and Change to join our growing team to lead and implement internal communications and change management efforts for ATC. You’ll will work closely with executive leadership, functional leaders, and department heads to develop communications and change strategies, plans and content.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll use your bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years’ experience in developing and leading communications or change management efforts to develop internal communications and change strategies, plans and calendars. By supporting major company priorities and initiatives, working with executive leadership and subject matter experts to understand goals, you will develop content and execute communications that will effectively target, reach, and influence appropriate employee audiences. You will lead the development and execution of competency-building programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for successful adoption of change. As you provide guidance and leadership to communications team members they will collaborate with project teams to ensure communications and change management activities are integrated into the overall project plan and provide coaching and support to people managers to effectively guide their teams through the change process. You’ll also lead the creation of metrics to track the progress and impact of communication and change initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
