Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Digital Marketing Department (5 direct reports), focusing on growth, user experience, reach, revenue, and reputation. You will develop a high-performing team, align their work with organizational goals, and ensure adaptability and innovation in digital marketing trends. This role involves supporting digital marketing strategy, content development, SEO, and managing the online presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our digital strategy to life, understand business objectives, and implement enterprise-level web technologies for positive user engagement. The ideal candidate will embody empathy and excellence, inspire growth, promote belonging, and drive transformational change.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops digital marketing strategy and manages a team to create engaging web, social media, and other digital content.

    • Allocates resources and monitors team member capacity for solution teams.
    • Drives innovation and impact in digital marketing strategies through new or enhanced solutions, channels, and tactics.
    • Makes data-driven decisions and creates unique value propositions for end users.

    • Ensures consistency and ease of navigation across all digital content, including websites and social media channels.

    • Demonstrates expertise in content management systems, CRM tools, digital asset management, SEO, SEM, and digital accessibility.

    • Optimizes digital user experience through A/B testing, user journey mapping, and continuous improvement efforts.

    • Measures and reports on performance and digital analytics, providing actionable insights.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, advertising, multi-media communications, business administration or similar field.

    • Minimum 5 years or equivalent of demonstrated competency in a leadership role, managing people and processes.

    • Minimum of 5 years brand/marketing, consumer marketing and/or experiential marketing experience required. Healthcare and/or retail consumer industry experience preferred.

    • Compliance: Maintains accountability for implementation of requirements of regulatory agencies. Serves as liaison to the community.

    • Remote Work Opportunity: This position is eligible for hybrid work. However, candidates must be residents of Wisconsin (WI), Iowa (IA), or Minnesota (MN) at the time of hire. Candidates are required to live within a reasonable driving distance to La Crosse or Green Bay, WI. This is not a fully remote position and will require some on-site presence.
