Responsibilities:
Manage all digital and print design projects, including websites, emails, social media images, logos, icons, banners, posters, and other printed material.
- Collaborate with content team to create marketing concepts and strategies and ensure they are executed according to the editorial calendar.
- Collaborate with IT teams and lead relationship management with vendor (SAP Emarsys).
- Source assets as needed such as photography and graphics, leading relationship management with vendor (Adobe).
- Work closely with B2B team on maintaining clean, updated data. Reinforce and champion brand guidelines and communication guidelines to meet business objectives.
- Develop automation and segmentation strategies, leading overall email experience management.
Hire, mentor, and lead design team members.
- Provide team members with mentoring on design/creative development and process.
- Work with internal stakeholders to order materials for various events/offices, and for internal communications and branding requests as they arise.
- Prioritize and manage the workload of the team in a high-volume environment to meet deadlines.
- Provide leadership to design team on email deployment, A/B testing strategies & list management.
