Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and lead the execution of marketing strategies with accountability for the performance of the marketing department. This includes the oversight of planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Website and SEO Management:
- Includes the oversight, management, and continuous optimization of the company's website. This would be inclusive of the development and implementation of on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Digital Marketing Oversight:
- Direct and manage digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, email, and display advertising, to drive engagement and conversions.
Content Creation and Creative Direction:
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce visually compelling graphics, videos, and other creative assets.
Trade Show Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of large-scale and industry-focused trade shows and industry meetings, ensuring they effectively enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Oversee the utilization of analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Facilitate collaboration between marketing and other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts support broader business goals.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to amplify the impact of marketing initiatives.
