Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of Milhouse Engineering and Construction. This role involves creating compelling designs across multiple platforms to support our marketing, branding, and communication strategies. The ideal candidate is a highly creative professional with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver on-brand visuals that align with our company’s mission and goals.

What you will do:

• Transform written proposal content into persuasive proposal documents that align with Milhouse corporate brand standards, included but not limited to infographics, layout, covers, tabs, org charts and any other graphic solutions to support in the production of winning proposals. 
• Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts, and user conversions. 
• Create marketing material that aligns with Milhouse corporate brand standards included but not limited to white papers, social media graphics, PowerPoints, event banners. 
• Organize creative assets. 
• Assist in creating and designing conversion-centered landing pages and other digital marketing web pages. 
• Provide time estimates on all print and digital marketing design materials.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
• An expert in design fundamentals and typography. 
• Strong knowledge of design best practices and current trends. 
• Ability to concept design solutions with limited direction. 
• Ability to design social content and provide guidance on social layouts and reformat sizing.

Your background:

• 3+ years experience in graphic design skills. 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design. 
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office PowerPoint. 
• Experience in photo editing tools and color correction.
