Graphic Designer

Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Create and/or co-brand sales literature and other collateral for vendor partners
• Create digital graphics for social media, web, or video projects according to a pre-determined content plan
• Assist Creative Director with a wide variety of daily tasks as well as some larger upcoming projects like our new website and customer communication for various touchpoints in their journey
• Design and print marketing materials for trade shows or events (e.g. sales flyers, stickers, magnets, displays, and more)
• Work with all teams to maintain any branded internal documents (employee handbook, benefits guide, directory, forms, templates, etc.) 
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Associate’s degree in Graphic Design
• 2+ years of experience designing in a professional setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite 
• A strict eye for detail 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to accept creative criticism

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
• 5+ years experience designing in a professional setting
• Experience with Asana or similar project management software
• Previous exposure to Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot
• Experience with video editing software/apps
• Designing for social media (primarily Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram)
