The Graphic Deigner II responsible for conceptualizing and developing creative solutions that meet business objectives in a timely manner for Residential and Landscape Contractors (RLC).

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

  • Apply graphic design principles to creating solutions, with exceptional creativity and problem solving skills at the forefront, to all divisional marketing needs across both print and digital channels. 
  • Present all creative designs and engage in meaningful conversation regarding all solutions with product managers and other key stakeholders. 
  • Support the marketing needs of all channel partners including, but not limited to distributors, dealerships, mass and online retailers. 
  • Provide creative solutions that align with current brand messaging, look, feel and voice. 
  • Work with product managers/associate brand managers on all product launches, initiatives and campaigns.
  • Lead the process of having studio and location photography retouched and processed by an outside vendor while maintaining the relationship. 
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process. 
  • Regularly review all creative assets and implement improvements to ensure campaign cohesion. 
  • Update and maintain an organized asset management system for graphic design files. 
  • Stay current on current design and marketing trends, and shares this information with the RLC Marketing team. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications or related field. 
  • 2-5 or more years of related professional experience 
  • Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD; 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of how to correctly build files for print and online production. 
  • Experience with collaboration/project management tools like Asana. 
  • Collaborative team player with ability to communicate and work effectively across levels and departments, where flexibility, adaptability, and resiliency are important 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality 
  • Working conditions: Typical office working environment 
  • Travel expectation: Up to 10%
