We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Design Specialist to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a designer with a proven track record of delivering impactful visual campaigns and a desire to take on greater leadership responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior creatives and cross-functional teams, shaping the visual identity of top national brands while overseeing projects from concept to execution.

As a Graphic Design Specialist, you will leverage your expertise and creative leadership experience to manage design projects, guide junior designers, and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions across various platforms. The role requires adaptability, strategic thinking, and the ability to pivot quickly to meet tight deadlines and adopt constructive feedback from executive leaders and peers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branded Template Creation & Implementation: Work with Group Creative Director and Sr. Graphic Design specialist to execute approved design assets daily in various printed and digital artwork materials, infographics, A+ Content, sell sheet/range sheet design, social media & email graphics, etc. 
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the creative and product teams to develop and execute visually compelling campaigns across multiple platforms while adhering to all project deliverables and deadlines 
  • Design Execution: Produce high-quality design assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) across a variety of media. Execute layouts, typography, imagery, and visual compositions for both digital and print formats. 
  • Internal Project Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams to create assets for product launches, branded product sell-sheets, digital, email, and other marketing initiatives. Act as a liaison to ensure alignment between design and business goals. 
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all touchpoints. Adapt existing guidelines where necessary and help maintain the visual integrity of our brands.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on creative projects for national brands. 
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels is highly valued.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), with experience working across both print and digital media. 
  • Familiarity with web design, motion graphics, or UI/UX design is a plus.

Portfolio:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, leadership experience, and ability to deliver creative campaigns for prominent brands.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders while confidently articulating design concepts.

Attention to Detail:

  • A meticulous eye for detail with an understanding of the importance of design consistency, brand identity, and high-quality output.

Time Management:

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing feedback and project requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Commitment to refining processes, driving creative efficiencies, and elevating the quality of all deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 Years in a creative lead role, managing design projects from concept to completion 
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro. 
  • Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS. 
  • Experience working with website content management systems (CMS), email platforms, or e-commerce platforms.
