Under the direction of the Senior Global Marketing Manager, this marketer is someone who successfully develops and implements product launches and other marketing materials and campaigns to support our Vision Fitness B2B and our Matrix Fitness B2C brands in the diverse global environments and channels we serve. The successful candidate will be task-oriented with a strong project management background and proven experience working with cross-functional teams to create, implement, and support marketing campaigns and product launches. They understand how to develop successful marketing campaigns across multiple different channels and have experience marketing to business-to-business audiences and diverse global environments.

Responsibilities:

Support all elements of our comprehensive marketing efforts to build and support the Vision Fitness commercial brand, as well as the Matrix Fitness home product line. Individual assigned projects may include:

Product Marketing:

  • Work with product development teams to create and execute launch packages for products/product lines based on a deep understanding of various market and customer needs
  • Establish and manage marketing launch plans and product repositioning plans from start to finish
  • Identify opportunities to develop new assets, refine messaging, and launch new campaigns that drive business growth for existing products and solutions
  • Develop sales enablement materials -- product demos, videos, webinars, collateral, landing pages, and web content and educate them on how and what to use.
  • Manage product catalogs, sell sheets, and specifications in cooperation with the product and creative teams
  • Develop and deploy after-sales communications campaigns that commercial customers can use to promote and market new products or programs directly to their membership bases.
  • Work closely with the product training and education team to ensure the best brand representation for all collateral and presentations

Channel Marketing:

  • Bring the brand to life in the channels we actively support by merging brand identity with channel-specific needs to create captivating stories, campaigns, and supporting assets
  • Support the company’s strategic priorities by creating promotional campaigns and tools to reach identified sub-segments of the target markets

Brand Marketing:

  • Act as a strong brand advocate to ensure adherence to the guidelines and voice of each brand strategy
  • Participate in the development of brand positioning, creative strategy, and marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop content in various formats, including blog posts and articles, infographics, videos, etc.
  • Work closely with the product training and education team to ensure optimal brand representation for all collateral and presentations
  • Identify opportunities to best support our global subsidiaries’ social media and content marketing programs
  • Create and implement a global social media calendar and post content

  • All other projects as assigned

Requirements:

Education:

  • Minimum of four-year degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or other related field related.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in executing marketing strategies and programs
  • Proven project management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve desired work product
  • Experience developing and building brands and positioning for different segments
  • Experience with B2B marketing preferred
  • Experience working with multiple geographies and global subsidiaries preferred
  • Experience managing project budgets

Other Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required, domestic (1-4 times per year) and potentially international (~1 time per year)
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and computer skills required
  • Passion for fitness and/or active lifestyle
  • Ability to participate in evening international meetings (online)

The salary range is $85,000-$95,000 annually, based on experience.
