The Global Director Product Marketing role is the global marketing leader covering our Diagnostic Cardiology business and reports to the VP of Marketing, Front Line Care. This position is critical to upstream and product marketing for the line and will work closely with other senior executives within FLC and various functional areas including the other SBUs, including QA/RA, Finance, Strategic Marketing, Marketing Communications, Clinical, Regional Marketing, Operations, and R&D.
Hillrom seeks an Upstream Marketing leader who can balance strategic vision coupled with tactical execution to grow this global business beyond $120M. This leader with will be responsible for the product roadmap and new product development (NPD).
Reporting Relationships:
The Global Director Upstream Product Marketing, Diagnostic Cardiology reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing Front Line Care. S/he manages a team of up to 5 including 2 Upstream Marketing Managers, 1 Product Manager and 1 Administrative Assistant. The Director is a peer to 3 other Frontline Care Upstream Marketing leaders focused on their own product areas of Patient Monitoring, Vision Care and Physical Exam. The Global Director Upstream Product Marketing, Diagnostic Cardiology is also a member of the Milwaukee site leadership team.
