The Brand Manager will lead the implementation and management of our new global brand strategy. This new role will be responsible for creating and evolving the brand strategy, developing essential brand standards and resources, establishing brand partnerships, creating the brand narrative and supporting messaging, and ensuring global alignment with Graco’s growth goals, purpose, vision, and values. The Brand Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize brand marketing and communications, increase brand awareness, and maintain consistent brand representation globally.

What You Will Do at Graco:

Create, Implement and Manage Brand Strategy Development and Execution

  • Provide business division and marketing communication advisory and support to effectively market the company’s brands, businesses and products. 
  • Use expertise and influence to build brand advocacy for Graco’s products and services and corporate brand through creative and consistent brand initiatives to support marketing strategies, increase brand awareness and drive stakeholder engagement for each business unit. 
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for continued growth and evolution of brand strategies and tactics to support the business. 
  • Develop and evolve the brand narrative and supporting messaging for various channels to reflect the company's vision, values, and purpose, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and resonates with diverse audiences worldwide. 
  • Work with business partners across the enterprise to ensure cohesive brand and product messaging, deliverables and visual assets are integrated consistently across all consumer and B2B marketing and brand channels. 
  • Establish a comprehensive brand resource library that includes brand guidelines, templates, images, videos and tools to support consistent marketing and communication efforts across the company. 
  • Identify, negotiate and activate brand partnerships and sponsorships. 
  • Establish and implement metrics for measuring the success of brand initiatives, including brand awareness, perception, and compliance. 
  • Analyze brand performance data and provide recommendations for optimization to maintain a strong brand presence in all markets.

Brand Alignment and Compliance

  • Lead the global rollout of Graco’s updated brand strategy, including new tools, brand standards, training and messaging guidelines. 
  • Work closely with leadership to align internal business teams with Graco's brand strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment across the business, brands, and the enterprise. 
  • Enforce brand standards, including logos, messaging, photography, and visual elements, ensuring all materials meet Graco’s guidelines. 
  • Monitor and measure brand usage to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand-related inquiries from external stakeholders, including business partners and industry groups. 
  • Develop training programs and materials to educate and update marketing and creative partners on Graco’s new brand standards and guidelines.

Project Management

  • Manage cross-functional projects concurrently with marketing partners as well as external agencies and partners. 
  • Identify and develop centralized brand capabilities, communications processes and best practices to increase scalability, efficiency, quality and effectiveness across the global business divisions. 
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand programs and initiatives that are consistent across the enterprise. 
  • Build strong partnerships with marketing teams and other functions that support the business divisions and deliver outstanding client service.

What You Will Bring to Graco:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within a global organization. 
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy, brand compliance, and marketing communications. 
  • Proven ability to execute brand rollouts and develop brand resources across multiple regions with strong cross-functional leadership skills. 
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with experience educating teams on brand standards and best practices. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. 
  • Proven experience in influencing cross-functional teams, leadership and external partners to build and maintain a strong corporate brand. 
  • Ability to strategically align brand strategies and plans with key business growth goals and enablers. 
  • Strong ability to prioritize the most critical and timely brand initiatives among constant competing and changing business needs. 
  • Excellent client service skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Demonstrated ability to stay current with industry brand trends and apply best practices to brand strategy. 
  • Integrated experience in bringing brand strategies to life across corporate and product brand initiatives. 
  • Ability to travel approximately 15% of time.
