As our Executive Creative Director, you'll play the role of:

• Creative Maestro: Inspire and develop our creative team (made up of a multidisciplinary group of creative and art directors, copywriters and content strategists, designers, videographers, user experience and more) to dream bigger and break boundaries, delivering work that doesn't just meet, but blows client expectations out of the water. 
• Visionary Strategist: Craft, communicate, and champion a creative vision that aligns seamlessly with our agency's goals and our clients' wildest dreams. 
• Client Whisperer: Dive deep into clients' brands, transforming their challenges and goals into jaw-dropping stories, strategies, and campaigns, all while becoming a trusted advisor for all things creative. 
• Campaign Storyteller: Spearhead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditional media from ideation to execution, ensuring the quality, consistency and relevance of all creative work. 
• Agency Leader: Workhand-in-hand with other practice area leads to drive agency growth and ensure StudioNorth overall strategy is as cohesive as it is creative. 
• Brand Developer: Both for our clients and for StudioNorth, you'll steward the creation of exceptional brand experiences across the board. 
• Trend Setter: Stay ahead of industry trends and tech advancements, including AI, weaving fresh ideas into our work and practices.

You'll impress us if you have:

• 12+ years in creative leadership roles within a marketing agency or similar environments. 
• A strong portfolio showcasing your knack for creating impactful campaigns across various platforms and media. 
• Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking skills with a talent for turning strategic objectives into captivating creative solutions. 
• Strong leadership and management abilities with a flair for inspiring and nurturing a diverse team of creative talent. 
• Stellar communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with a talent for articulating and selling visionary concepts and strategies. 
• Solutions first approach to all creative challenges. 
• Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. 
• A bachelor's degree in advertising, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field.
