About the Team:

The Marketing team is a small but mighty key business partner who drives revenue and contributes to the overall growth of the company. The team operates globally delivering strategic and in-market activation projects across marketing, communications and events. The Marketing team works in close alignment with the Product Marketing Team and the Demand Generation Team to ensure value proposition and unique selling message alignment across all communication pieces. The Sales team represents a key customer of the Marketing Team, who identify, secure, manage and deliver customer conferences and industry events throughout the year in order to maximize lead generation opportunities, brand visibility and positive customer journeys.

About the Position:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications & Events, the Events & Marketing Associate will be responsible for the organization, administration and delivery on time and in full of Solifi client conferences and industry trade shows in the key markets.

The Events & Marketing Associate will coordinate the planning, execution and evaluation of all customer-facing, digital and external/industry events, ensuring they align with the overall Marketing strategy and with the Solifi brand, contributing to a positive customer experience, lead generation and, ultimately, to pipeline build opportunities.

The Events & Marketing Associate will focus on the execution of events and be able to deep-dive into the details of each event in order to quickly recognize, anticipate and successfully resolve issues.

A key role within the Marketing Team, the Events & Marketing Associate will collaborate within the Marketing Team as well as with other teams in order to provide logistics coordination support in relation to internal events as/when required.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and execute the marketing event strategy in close collaboration with the Senior Manager;
  • Ownership of the planning related to each trade show, customer event and any other event as required;
  • Responsible for creating all communication and content related to events, such as event listings, event email campaigns and post-event surveys;
  • Delivery of events on time and in full;
  • Follow, maintain and update projects in alignment with day-to-day processes (includingMonday.comtracking and budget tracking);
  • Build project plans in advance of each event to ensure milestones are met and the key delivered are completed in a timely fashion;
  • Execute tactics and activities including analyzing outcomes from events and webinars;
  • Report, analyze and evaluate event and webinar performance versus investment, recommending the best options for the company;
  • Attend selected events and trade shows in the US; possibility of occasional international travel;
  • Manage logistics for key conference elements, working in partnership with Solifi’s external agencies where applicable;
  • Foster relationships and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, partners and agencies;
  • Ensure flawless execution, quality of service and timely delivery of all necessary components, collateral, properties, and materials for each event
  • Own the stock monitoring and replenishment of Solifi’s point-of-sale material;
  • Support marketing activities and projects as required;

About You:

  • 3+ years proven ability in event project delivery 
  • University/college degree in a relevant marketing, communications and/or business discipline 
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, motivated, flexible, deadline-driven, data-driven, and collaborative 
  • Must have excellent organizational and project management skills 
  • Adaptable and flexible 
  • Must be able to travel within the US and internationally 
  • Strong written & oral communication skills 
  • Fluent knowledge of German preferable but not essential 
  • Proficiency with MS office products (Word/PowerPoint) 
  • Previous experience of eCRM platforms like Cvent, Pardot and Salesforce advantageous

Salary range: $55,000 - $75,000
