Responsible for developing and disseminating Foundation content that drives the donor giving cycle and fundraising strategies. In alignment with Foundation objectives and health system priorities, this position will support, create and deliver messaging around Children’s as a cause. Additionally, this role will support our digital fundraising platforms and content to maximize all opportunities and initiatives. Role will also be a collaborative thought-leader on content strategy and creative to fuel campaigns, donor cultivation and solicitation, proposals, annual donor impact reporting and collateral across various development and stewardship needs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field required.
  • Minimum of eight years of professional-level related experience, with progressively more responsibility and focusing on content strategies across a variety of channels, and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and delivering strategic, high-quality content in a matrixed organization and showcasing impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Requires a high level of organization, strong interpersonal skills and competency in building and sustaining positive, long-term and cross-collaborative relationships with an eye toward innovation and process improvement.
  • Collaborative spirit and the ability to instill trust.
  • Basic experience with UX principles and website development.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products required, knowledge of creative software preferred.
  • Responsibilities will occasionally require working some evenings and weekends.
