Founded in 1978, Agrace is a nonprofit, community-supported health care organization providing personal care, adult daytime care, supportive care, hospice care and grief support to people who are aging, seriously ill, dying or grieving. Every day in southern Wisconsin, more than 1,800 patients and clients trust us to see them through very difficult times.

The Employee Communications Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing strategies to effectively communicate with employees throughout Agrace. This role involves developing clear and consistent messaging, managing communication channels such as email, intranet and social media, and ensuring that information is timely and relevant to employees. Under the guidance of—and in partnership with—the AVP of Marketing & Communications, the employee communications specialist liaises with various departments to gather information, writes content for internal publications, and monitors and measures the effectiveness of communication campaigns. The Specialist is part of the Marketing & Communications team.
