- Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience and knowledge of web technology tools
- General knowledge of how web technology and email/sms work in tandem
- General knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and how they can work within the email/sms space
- Proficient in planning, executing, & troubleshooting email campaigns
- Possess customer-centric mindset Curiosity to learn more about evolving technologies & retail industry
- Resourceful, with the ability to work independently and solve problems
- Can effectively collaborate in a team environment with a positive attitude and constructive communication – you’re excited to be part of a team that challenges you and succeeds together!
- Extreme attention to detail – you’re diligent about double-checking work

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Google Analytics
- Experience with analytical and database tools and email service platforms (ex. Listrak, Mailchimp, Klaviyo etc.)
- Experience in coding emails using HTML & CSS
- Knowledge of email strategy and best practices including subject lines, messaging, segmentation, list management, deliverability and CAN-SPAM law
