Boost Online Sales & Conversions: Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive online sales, improve conversion rates, and increase average order value (AOV) to support our revenue goals.

Website Management: Oversee daily website operations, ensuring seamless functionality, regular content updates, and brand-aligned messaging. Ensure website standards are maintained for accessibility, brand and design.

Content Updates & Campaigns: Manage and update website content hands-on to keep it engaging and brand consistent. Partner with ecommerce development team, creative services, and retention marketing team to ensure best-in-class content for online stores.

Promotions & Discounts: Oversee execution of discount codes and promotions, tracking usage against budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.

Website Optimization: Create a roadmap for page improvements to improve consumer experience, boost user engagement, lead generation, and overall user flow, working closely with cross-functional teams. Utilize UX expertise to take our user’s emotional and functional needs and translate them into an exceptional website experience driving conversion.

Lead SEO Efforts: Take charge of comprehensive SEO efforts, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link building, partnering with agencies to increase organic growth and search visibility.

A/B Testing & Personalization: Manage A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user experience and personalization, ensuring a seamless, impactful website experience.

Analytics & Insights: Utilize GA4 and other analytics tools to monitor website performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Present complex data clearly to guide data-driven decisions.

Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to ensure all web content is accurate, visually correct, and functional across devices and browsers. Validation of procurement to purchase, ensuring consumers have a flawless payment experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting: Meet with stakeholders to provide insights, recommendations, and reports on digital initiatives’ effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Website Strategy: Build and execute website strategy that keeps online stores operating at a best-in-class level. Project management to ensure website strategic goals are accomplished and delivered on time, on scope and on budget.

1. Strong Communication Skills

2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

3. 3+ years of experience in eCommerce management, UX, and/or website management with proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving conversion rates.

4. 2+ years’ experience with SEO; with proven track record of driving organic growth and performance with deep understanding of technical SEO, on page-optimization and content strategies.

5. Education or experience in UX design with proven results creating a frictionless shopping experience and conversion improvement.

6. Project management experience

7. Understanding of the technical aspects of running a website, including analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, domain management, content management system, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, platform tools, localization, and budgeting.

8. Strong analytics skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in using Google Analytics, GTM, and Tracking/Events
