Duluth Trading Company is seeking an eCommerce Content Specialist to join our dynamic digital team. The candidate will be responsible for the execution and set-up of website content, ensuring a seamless online experience for ourcustomers.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital merchandising, eCommerce best practices and a passion for the apparel industry.  The individual will program and maintain site content to align with company initiatives andsuccessfully execute that content strategy for all categories.

This position will need someone who is resourceful & who can be initiative-taking in forming cross-functional relationships. They must be able to successfully communicate with other members of the eCommerce team, creative design teams, Marketing, IT & other internal areas to manage our customer-centric website and drive their areas of focus.

Candidate must have strong critical thinking & time management skills all while being self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Content Management & Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of website content across home, landing, collections, product pages andcustomer service pages. This includes but is not limited to all site creative, linking, promotional banners, and navigation. 
  • Conduct regular audits of website content to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards. 
  • Troubleshoot any content-related issues and implement corrective actions. 
  • Ensure all content is accurate, engaging and optimized for different device types.

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including site merchandising, marketing, creative, and IT to gather content strategy details and execute website updates. 
  • Function as a facilitator for all website creative briefs. 
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with partners to ensure a timely and flawless execution.

Organizational Job Functions:

  • Contribute proactively to achieving departmental and company goals through teamwork and collaboration. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in digital content production and e-commerce. 
  • Advocate cross functionally for a best in class online experience for our customer. 
  • Embody organizational values in work behaviors, decision-making, and interactions, fostering a positive andinclusive work environment. 
  • May be responsible for managing one or more direct reports.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Merchandising, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in digital content management or a related role, preferably within the retail or apparel sector. 
  • Experience mastering a large-scale content management system (CMS) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce, AEM). 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. 
  • Understanding of SEO and naming best practices. 
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.

Compensation Range: $67,500 - $73,000/year.

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
