St. Norbert College (SNC), a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking a Director of Marketing Communications to lead a small, high-performing content marketing and event marketing team. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies to drive enrollment, enhance fundraising efforts, and strengthen the institution's brand reputation. This role plays a critical part in developing the brand that will help ensure the college's success for the next 125 years.
A deep understanding of owned, paid, and earned media, along with the ability to manage content marketing, media relations, and crisis communications for both the institution and the President, is essential.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role will cover a broad range of responsibilities, including crisis communications, policy communications, executive communications, campus updates, internal communications, and event marketing.
