Investment Group (EIG) began with an entrepreneurial vision to launch an
organization that would enhance the lives of clients, employees, and the
community as a whole. EIG was founded by Karen Ellenbecker in 1996 with the
purpose of providing people with a holistic financial planning experience that
gives them confidence and helps them feel well protected – empowering them to
take care of themselves and their loved ones at every stage of their lives. Our
goal, and trademark, is to listen, really listen, to our clients before we
advise. Our business was built on core values and is grounded in a philosophy
of exceptional planning and extraordinary service. We meet our clients, and
employees, where they are, develop a strategy that meets their needs while
aligning with a mutual set of core values and investment principles.

best way to find that kind of true wealth. EIG has grown from 3 employees to over 40 and continues to grow with newly created positions being added to the team. We
have three offices, Pewaukee, Whitefish Bay and Bonita Springs, FL with the
home office being in Pewaukee where all employees are located.
Ellenbecker Investment Group (EIG) is a registered investment advisor with a focus on comprehensive financial planning. We offer consultative and asset management services to individuals, families, businesses and charitable foundations. We provide assistance throughout the planning process and involve our clients so they can gain both financial confidence and knowledge.
The Director of Communications, reporting to the Director of Marketing, leads the firm’s communications strategy, focusing on social media, public relations, and podcast production. This role involves creating compelling content, developing and executing PR strategies, and producing high-quality podcasts to boost brand awareness. They collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to industry regulations. Additionally, they analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and campaign effectiveness.
The position is primarily in-office with flexible schedule options.
