Opportunity:
Responsible for directing marketing for the Sterling brand across all channels and customer touchpoints, you will direct Sterling brand advertising and marketing activities as well as the creation and execution of all marketing strategies. Additionally, you will lead the team responsible for all product launches, target customer engagement and the short and long-term brand strategy and execution. This role will lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize needs, define requirements, and lead the go-to-market strategy. Responsible for establishing and articulating the strategic mission across all channels and managing overall brand awareness and demand generation for the Sterling brand.
