The Digital Producer plays a key role in helping clients select and implement digital solutions that excite attendees and enhance engagement. Collaborating with Sales, Client Experience, and Product Innovation, this role ensures Skyline clients have dynamic and memorable experiences at trade shows, customer events, product launches, and conferences. This position leads the execution of interactive digital activations, leveraging expertise in attendee engagement, storytelling, UI/UX best practices, lead generation, and ROI tracking. Strong communication skills are essential for guiding clients, internal teams, and external vendors in bringing digital experiences to life.

Success in this role requires managing multiple stakeholders, integrating emerging technologies, and overseeing content creation for seamless execution across various platforms.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Project Management & Production

  • Manage digital projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budgets, and timelines. 
  • Collaborate with exhibit designers, graphic designers, copywriters, videographers, and other stakeholders to develop engaging digital activations. 
  • Travel as needed to oversee digital executions and ensure seamless on-site implementation. 
  • Maintain internal systems (e.g., Team Up) for tracking digital requests. 
  • Lead client meetings for content generation and implementation. 
  • Coordinate between clients and technology vendors for content management. 
  • Assist in planning show-site execution, including installation and breakdown. 
  • Prepare and present decks for internal and external presentations. 
  • Manage post-show reporting and analytics.

Vendor Management

  • Partner with third-party vendors to develop innovative digital experiences. 
  • Source, price, and order digital solutions from preferred vendors. 
  • Build and maintain successful vendor relationships.

Sales Support

  • Conduct discovery meetings to assess client needs. 
  • Collaborate with sales teams to recommend solutions and determine pricing with Sales Lead approval. 
  • Manage cost estimates and pricing for internal and client use. 
  • Develop storyboards, process flows, and visual representations of digital projects.

Technology Subject Matter Expertise

  • Research and stay informed on industry trends and emerging digital solutions for face-to-face marketing.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • 3+ years of experience in retail or trade show exhibit digital solutions and activations. 
  • Sales experience, with a strong ability to engage clients and drive solutions-based sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience with digital technologies, including touchscreens, LED displays, VR/AR, and other experiential platforms. 
  • Strong project management skills—able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional customer service. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Detail-oriented, with strong proofreading and quality control skills. 
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while following best practices. 
  • Quick learner who is coachable and open to feedback. 
  • Estimated travel: 10-20%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in exhibit design, trade shows, or experiential activations. 
  • Understanding of design principles; experience with Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Experience directing photography and videography shoots.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. 
  • 3+ years’ experience in operations, marketing, project management, or similar roles.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually.
