The Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (AOPT) is seeking a Digital Media/Communications Manager to be responsible for strategically planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives, while providing oversight and guidance on digital marketing trends, best practices and strategy development. The selected candidate will work closely with internal leaders, support teams, and subject matter experts to assist with messaging for all communication platforms while aligning with SEO best practices. The role requires a motivated, tech-savvy, data driven thinker, who has a passion for all things marketing and technology. This individual will not only lead and strategize but also actively contribute to the day-to-day operations alongside their team.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Assist in creating, managing and executing social media campaigns, including content creation and lead generation.
  • Oversee PPC campaigns: keyword research, ad design, scheduling, and performance analysis. 
  • Monitor website analytics, ad campaigns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) like impressions, conversions, and cost metrics. 
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the company competitive. 
  • Collaborate with the Communications Team and AOPT internal leadership to execute marketing initiatives. 
  • Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO and ensure website content is current. 
  • Review and proofread external communications for brand consistency and impact.
  • Develop content marketing calendars and manage concurrent projects with creativity and precision. 
  • Adapt strategies and initiatives in response to evolving marketing needs. 
  • Work closely with the Communications and Marketing team to design and ensure engaging and consistent content that displays brand identity across AOPT’s platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or communications. 
  • Proficiency in content marketing, automation programs, and content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram). 
  • Basic knowledge of PPC and SEO principles. 
  • Experience with optimization, A/B testing, and video editing is a plus.

Schedule:

  • 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
