The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue for our clients through digital media by designing and executing primarily SEO and PPC marketing campaigns.

You will extract and analyze data across multiple channels with insights to support growth and optimizations. If you are a self-starter and look for opportunities to go above and beyond in your work, this role is for you!

In this hybrid role, you’ll have the opportunity to exercise a high level of autonomy and self-direction once you’ve completed your training. Employees who are working remotely are expected to be available and communicative during scheduled work hours. In addition, employees working under a remote working arrangement may be expected to come on-site for periodic meetings and interactions with clients, management, or other work-related needs.

Responsibilities: 

  • Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
  • Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns that fit client needs
  • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
  • Independently manage your workload to align with agency expectations

Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 Year degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years experience in SEO and PPC, in-house or agency
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Analytical, critical thinker with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude and strong desire to grow personally and professionally
  • Bonus: interest/experience in omnichannel marketing strategy

Valued Additions:

  • B2B/Industrial marketing experience
  • Leadership experience (project management, team management)
  • Working knowledge of Drupal and WordPress content management systems
